Group Bookings
Modern Art Oxford welcomes large groups to the gallery – whether visiting from a local language school, on a work away day or a school trip. We have a number of options for large groups, please see below or email info@modernartoxford.org.uk for more information and to book.
General information
We ask that large groups book before visiting Modern Art Oxford. Please contact us at least two weeks ahead of your visit so we can ensure we can accommodate you.
Due to the nature of our current exhibition, groups are limited to 15 people. If your group is larger, we’d be happy to arrange staggered entry.

Full-time education and community groups
Groups coming from state schools, colleges (including primary schools and secondary schools) and community groups can visit our exhibitions for free in large groups, but must still book in advance. For groups larger than 15 we will have to organise staggered visit times. Email info@modernartoxford.org.uk to book.

Other group visits
Other group bookings, including international schools, language schools, universities, private schools and corporate groups, are subject to a donation from £7 per person taken upon arrival.
