Ticket Terms & Conditions

You can book tickets in advance via Eventbrite, though this includes a booking fee. To avoid this, tickets are also available to purchase on the day at the Welcome Desk when you arrive. Please note that tickets cannot be purchased in advance at the Welcome Desk.

Tickets are valid for the date stated, you can arrive anytime during opening hours on your selected day. You must visit the exhibition on your allocated day or you may not be admitted entry to the exhibition or event.

Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or exchanged. There is no re-admission to the event or exhibition. Modern Art Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a visit.

By attending an event or exhibition, ticket holders are notified and automatically consent to being photographed or filmed incidentally and to Modern Art Oxford’s publication or broadcast of any such photographs or film.

Ticket Refund Policy

Tickets purchased via Eventbrite are eligible for a refund up to three days before your selected visit date. Tickets purchased on the day of your visit at the Welcome Desk are non-refundable.

We may be able to change the date and/or time of your paid-for tickets, but this is subject to a booking fee and availability. Please email or call Modern Art Oxford if you would like to change your booking, media@modernartoxford.org.uk or 01865 722733.

Pay-what-you-can Tickets

Pay-what-you-can is an inclusive pricing model designed to ensure Modern Art Oxford is accessible to all. Visitors can choose a ticket price from suggested tiers of £6/£9/£12. Choose the amount that feels right for you. All tickets provide the same access to the exhibitions and help support our ongoing work.

Free Tickets

Children under 12 are allowed free entry to exhibitions as are Friends, Patrons and Members of our Directors and Commissioning Circles. Proof of status must be shown for all concessions and free tickets on arrival at Modern Art Oxford.
