Group Bookings
Modern Art Oxford welcomes large groups to the gallery – whether visiting from a local language school, on a work away day or a school trip. We have a number of options for large groups, please see below or email info@modernartoxford.org.uk for more information and to book.
General information
We ask that large groups book before visiting Modern Art Oxford. Please contact us at least two weeks ahead of your visit so we can ensure we can accommodate you.

- Maximum group size is 30, including staff

Full-time education and community groups
Groups coming from state schools, colleges (including primary schools and secondary schools) and community groups can visit our exhibitions for free in large groups, but must still book in advance. Email info@modernartoxford.org.uk to book.
Want extra insights into the exhibition? Why not add a Curator introduction or tour! Prices start from £150 + VAT. Contact us for more details: info@modernartoxford.org.uk.
Other group visits
Other group bookings, including international schools, language schools, universities, private schools and corporate groups, are subject to a donation from £7 per person taken upon arrival.
