Young Creatives Programme Manager

Salary: £33,000 (pro rata £26,400 4 days)
Lead and develop Modern Art Oxford’s Young Creatives programme, working collaboratively with young people aged 16–21 to shape inclusive creative projects, public events and professional development opportunities. The role supports a year-round programme including the Young Creatives Collective, socials, school visits and mentoring opportunities for sixth form students and undergraduates.
Working as part of the Communities, Practice & Participation team, the Young Creatives Programme Manager combines project management, research and programme delivery to build meaningful partnerships with schools, charities and grassroots organisations across Oxfordshire. The role plays a key part in developing Modern Art Oxford’s new three-year strategy, Changing Geographies (2027–2030), supporting co-curated projects and commission opportunities with young people across the region.
Working as part of the Communities, Practice & Participation team, the Young Creatives Programme Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and co-ordination of visiting schools and colleges while working alongside the Curator of Communities, Practice & Participation to build and sustain new relationships with young people, charities, and grassroots organisations, across Oxfordshire.
