Group Bookings
Modern Art Oxford welcomes large groups to the gallery – whether visiting from a local language school or on a school trip. We have a number of options for large groups of over 10 people, offering group bookings to our exhibition on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please contact us at least two weeks ahead of your visit so we can ensure we can accommodate you.

General information
Modern Art Oxford offers free group visits to the gallery for groups of over 10 people. However, we ask that you contact us in advance of your visit so we can ensure we can accommodate you. Maximum group size is 30 including staff. Bookings are subject to availability and must be booked at least two weeks in advance. To book, please contact us on dutymanager@modernartoxford.org.uk.
Groups in full-time education
Groups coming from schools and colleges can visit all our exhibitions for free, but if there are more than 10 in your group we ask that you contact the gallery ahead of your visit to make sure we can accommodate you. Add a 15 minute introduction from a Curator at the gallery for cost of £50 (+VAT) per group. Must be booked in advance, no matter the group size. Email info@modernartoxford.org.uk to book.

Other group visits
Bookings for all other groups are also free, with an optional additional £50 fee if you would like a curator’s introduction to the exhibition when you visit. Email info@modernartoxford.org.uk to book.
