Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tickets are valid for the date and time stated. Please check your tickets on receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. You must turn up on the time and date of your ticket, or you may not be admitted entry to the exhibition or event.

Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or exchanged, nor money refunded. There is no re-admission to the event or exhibition. Modern Art Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a visit.

By attending an event or exhibition, ticket holders are notified and automatically consent to being photographed or filmed incidentally and to Modern Art Oxford’s publication or broadcast of any such photographs or film.

Ticket Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on tickets if you have changed your mind. If there are disruptions beyond your control, such as train strikes or extreme weather conditions, which prevent you from travelling to the gallery, refunds or exchanges in these circumstances will be made at the discretion of Modern Art Oxford. We may be able to change the date and/or time of your paid-for tickets, but this is subject to a booking fee and availability. Concessions apply to:

  • Young people aged 12-26 years old
  • Students with a NUS card or equivalent
  • People aged over 65
  • Individuals in receipt of DWP benefits
  • Disabled and neuro-minority groups 

Proof of status must be shown for all concessions and free tickets on arrival at Modern Art Oxford.
