Nor Greenhalgh

Nor Greenhalgh is an Oxford-based public artist and community worker. She has an interest in the history, design and politics of the public realm, particularly in relation to progressive urban design schemes such as increased space for walking and cycling. Previous commissions have generated proposals for ecologically appropriate new vernacular materials, ideas for reclaiming local parking spaces, and placemaking murals for public spaces.
